CLASS CANCELLATIONS
Classes are only cancelled on major school holidays, those being: THANKSGIVING, REMEMBRANCE DAY, CHRISTMAS BREAK, HALLOWEEN AND EASTER BREAK, and FAMILY WEEK. Any other class cancellations will be made at the discretion of the owner of Dance Dimensions. There are NO make-up lessons if a dancer misses his or her scheduled class times, nor is there a refund for missed lessons.

The monthly fees are based on the entire dance year and divided into equal monthly payments; therefore fees do not change monthly. The registration fee is Non-Refundable.

COSTUME INFORMATION
Each dancer will be required to purchase a costume for recital. Costume orders are placed at the beginning of December to ensure early delivery from the USA. No Fundraising is involved.
We will be collecting a deposit of $75.00/class due in October.

Costume fee notices will go out in October with the final amount due in November. Costumes will not be released until payment is finalized. Costumes are $90-130 plus taxes for younger classes and less competitive groups. Costs for the older & more competitive groups will be between $100- $180.
Alterations for costumes are the responsibility of each dancer, including the leg lengths.

COMPETITION
ALL of Dance Dimensions classes participate in 2 competitions in the dance season. Competition is a great way for the recreational dancer to improve their skills and confidence by participating in competitions with their class. Both held in Regina.

Dance Dimensions is a competition performance studio and regular class attendance is expected. We also expect all dancers to attend the 2 competitions in the dance season and our year end recitals in May.

The Tiny tot & Combo classes only participate in our Spring Showcase In March & our year end recital in May. No competition for these classes.
We do realize that not all dancers like to compete; however performing builds up confidence and stage presence and gives a dancer performance experience. There is a competition fee for dancers to participate in these. Besides groups, dancers are also offered the opportunity to compete in solo and duo categories. Dancers interested should speak with their teacher on this matter. It is strongly recommended that our dancers also register in the C.D.T.A. exam program to accelerate & advance their technique & training.

If you have any questions please feel free to call and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
