Registration:
Register via email by visiting the “Classes section” of our website for information on our classes offered, fees, and required class attire. Fill out the form, save it and then scan & email the registration form to us at [email protected]
Confirmation of classes and the schedule will be emailed out starting in mid-July when we are able to create a schedule based on the dancers we have for the season.
All full season classes run from September to May, and classes begin on Monday Sept. 8th.
Competitions/Performances/Costume Expenses
We are a competition performance studio and all classes, with the exception of our tiny tot & combo classes, are expected to attend two-three competitions in the dance season.
We host a Spring Showcase in April including our solo/duo/trio dancers and our Tiny tot & Combo classes. ALL class perform in our year end recital in May.
Costume deposits are due for each class in October with the final payments due in November. The cost of costuming is $120-$160 for younger less competitive classes and $140-$220 for older & more competitive classes.
Registration fee is non-refundable – $30/returning family until June 15th. After June 15th & all new families it is $50/family. A one-month written notice is required for class withdrawal, however we do not accept withdrawing from a class after March 1st, therefore all tuition for the remainder of the season will still be owing..
Dancers taking 4-7 classes/month receive a 5% discount each month. (No discount on exam classes).
Dancers taking 8 or more classes/month receive a 10% discount each month. (No discount on exam classes).

PAYMENT POLICY
- Class fees are payable the first of each month September through May and paid via Visa or MasterCard.
- Monthly service charge of 5% shall be applied to outstanding account balances.
- Costumes, competition fees and exam fees shall be applied to your credit card on file or added to the next month’s regular class fees.
- A registration fee of $30.00 (per/returning family) will be charged at the time of registration and is non- refundable until June 15th, then after that date the fee is $50.00 (per/family). ALL New families is $50/family.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation is accepted by providing 30 days written notice for the first of the following month.
- Cancellation for classes will not be accepted after March 1st, in the dance season.
- You may cancel this contract at any time within 7 days provided written notice is given to Dance Dimensions.
COMPETITION/COSTUME POLICY
- Please Note: We are a competition performance studio and ALL full season classes take part in 2 competitions depending on their age and discipline. Sessional Classes do not take part in these and have no costume or competition fees associated with the class.
- We will be collecting a deposit of $75.00 per class due in October, FINAL payment is due in November. Costumes will not be released until payment is finalized.
- Alterations for costumes are the responsibility of each dancer, including leg lengths.

PHOTOS/VIDEOS
-The studio will use photos & videos of all dancers UNLESS we receive an email asking for your dancer to NOT be used in any advertising etc.
